Only Tuesday?!?

When I found out tonight that it was ONLY TUESDAY, I nearly wept. I was sure it was Wednesday night. My neck still hurts, so my head still hurts. I have been doing my range of motion neck exercises from when I hurt my neck years and years ago. I can feel it helping, just not fast enough.

Really?  Only Tuesday? Is this a trick?

Kink in My Neck

I woke up with a kink in my neck that limited my range of motion in my neck. Finally, as the pain radiated through my head and neck, I left work a little early. Couldn't even think straight. Ibuprofen knocked the pain down a notch or two, but not enough to be able to function. Boo.
